It is where you disclaim liability for any errors or misinformation on your site and claim ownership of any intellectual property. Your Terms of Use outlines other important policies, like your payment and refund policy, and sets forth how and where disputes about your website are handled.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A NEW LAW AND THE CONTRACTS GET UPDATED?

  • DO I NEED A PRIVACY POLICY?

    Yes. If you collect personal information from any viewers located in California or the EU you are legally required to have a Privacy Policy.
